Hi Fellow Posters, If you have MSN8, I've got some really important news you may not know; it may help those of you who have had troubles with your computer & thought it was another program. Well, folks, you're not going crazy, nor is it another program on the fritz, it's MSN8; & the next paragraph will explain it all. If you've recently downloaded MSN8 on your machine, you should've gotten a cd through the mail & inputted it in; if you haven't received anything like a cd through the mail & have downloaded MSN8, you only have half of the program. What you need to do if you haven't received a cd through the mail, is to call MSN & tell them that you've downloaded MSN8 & are having problems with other programs; they'll help you through it & tell you how to go about getting the cd through the mail. After getting the cd, you have to get rid of the MSN8 you've downloaded & input it from the cd you got in the mail; it will take the cd to arrive in your mail (snail mail) box about 5-7 days, then you can do the above; afterwards, you'll have the full version of MSN8 & hopefully your other programs will work on your computer again. My parents found this out when they called them Tuesday, after telling them about my problem. After having problems & getting this information from my parents, I thought I'd share this info with you, so you'd know; I hope this helps anyone having problems & think they have all of MSN8.
