Cyborg races in Sci Fi

Hi. I have found that one of the things that excites and interests me most about Sci Fi is the concept of cyborgs, half human half machine. I enjoy the Daleks, The Cybermen but most of all I am fascinated (and frightened by) the Borg from Star Trek. Seven Of Nine is a really interesting character to me. Anybody else feel the same?
